Star Wars: The Last Jedi – I give it a 2/10. The story was slow and pedaled to nobody except toy companies. It felt like the voice and language of the film was vacant and the actors just walked around on screen thinking ” I’m in a Star Wars movie!” until act 3. Nobody was committed to being in the movie, 98% of the scenes were useless to telling a coherent story. Ray walked around an abandoned island for what felt like the first 2/3rd’s of the movie until telepathy happened. That was peppered with toy branding (BB8 and other cute creatures) and a climax of killing Snoke which had no satisfying factor about it whatsoever followed by Obi wan’s astral projection gag at the end. Nothing in this movie carried the same weight as previous works. 100% filler 100% shit. 2/10
